The New York office of Morgan Lewis, an international law firm with some1,400 attorneys, seeks a highly qualified mid-level associate with law firm experience to join our Litigation Practice and primarily focus on structured finance litigation. The candidate will support a practice that specializes in representing indenture trustees in class action and other civil litigation and regulatory inquiries, negotiating agreements on their behalf, and advising them on day-to-day issues of trust administration. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills.
