Role Summary/Purpose

This position will be a key member of the executive management team for the Clinical Data Services business. This key role will be responsible for providing strategic legal support related to this dynamic business segment of GE Healthcare IT, Clinical Business Solutions. Essential Responsibilities

    * Minimum 7 years of business law experience at a premier law firm or corporate legal department, including but not limited to high impact commercial transactions (i.e. purchase, sale and distribution agreements)
    * Previous experience in healthcare industry transactions and regulations (Anti-Kickback, HIPAA and Medical Device or Pharma)
    * Demonstrated experience providing legal advice in a highly regulated environment
