Most of the firm’s work involves counseling and litigation relating to electric, natural gas, water, and telecommunications regulation, rates, and facilities (including siting) and to railroads. The firm also handles commercial litigation. Qualifications: The applicant must have 1 to 5 years litigation experience, preferably at least 2 years. The applicant must possess excellent writing skills and strong academic credentials. A background in energy, water, or telecomm regulation is a significant plus, although it is not a requirement.
