Job Description	The NY Litigation Practice Group seeks an associate with 3 to 4 years of extensive multiparty, multi-jurisdictional, large firm experience in product liability litigation. Interested candidates should have a background in civil trial practice and a demonstrated interest in multi-district product liability and mass tort litigation. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed federal clerkships. This is an opportunity to join a market-leading practice that handles mass torts and class action litigation as well as individual claims for leading companies in a variety of industries around the world. The ideal candidate has a strong academic background, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
