Job Description	The NY Financial Restructuring and Bankruptcy group, part of the larger Finance group, seeks an associate with 2 to 7 years of large firm, commercial bankruptcy experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing practice which is national in scope. The attorneys in the group represent debtors, committees, creditors and investors in some of the largest chapter 11 cases in the country. The group also works with the firm's foreign offices. The ideal candidate has a strong academic background, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A knowledge of substantive and procedural bankruptcy law and an understanding of corporate finance is required.
