Job Description	The New York Litigation Practice Group seeks an associate with 4 to 5 years of experience in complex and multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes or securities litigation for public and private companies. Background should include work on corporate governance disputes, shareholder disputes, securities fraud allegations, contract interpretation disputes and other commercial disputes. Interested candidates should have a sophisticated understanding of efficient discovery management in large matters as well as significant deposition experience. This is an opportunity to join one of the largest, most successful dispute resolution practices in the world. The ideal candidate has a strong academic background, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
