As a Attorney for Farmers Insurance, you will be responsible for: The competent, ethical, and diligent representation of clients in all cases involving tort practice,  injuries and/or damages, including preparation of pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs, attendance at hearings, conferences, interviews, trials or arbitrations, and performance of any other tasks or duties necessary for the proper representation of clients.  Consulting with and rendering opinions to members of the Claims Departments concerning the legal aspects of the handling of personal injury claims. Maintaining and updating computerized litigation support systems for assigned caseloads. Position Requirements Our Ideal Candidate will possess the following: Four-year college degree, law school degree, and member in good standing of the State Bar.  We are looking for an attorney with 0-3 years experience and recent graduates who passed the bar are encouraged to apply.
