Job Description	Investment Banking Litigation Attorney-100015697 Job Description The litigator will report to a Senior Vice President in the firm's Litigation Department who is the head of Investment Bank Litigation.  The position is located in New York. We are looking for an experienced litigation attorney who will litigate in New York State and Federal Courts, supervise outside counsel litigating on JPMorgan's behalf, and provide legal advice on a broad range of potential or actual disputes relating to a wide variety of Investment Bank businesses.  The position may involve extensive, independent contact with and support of senior management in the Investment Bank.   Qualifications   •     A minimum of 6-8 years of complex commercial and securities litigation experience in New York State and Federal Courts, with significant experience in financial services industry disputes; •     Knowledge of complex financial products and services; •     Knowledge of current developments in securities, derivatives and commercial law, and in State and Federal court practice; •     Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; •     The ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously; •     The ability to think strategically; •     The ability to communicate effectively to both legal and non-legal professionals; •     The ability to build and maintain good working client relationships; •     Collegial team player; •     Major Law Firm experience a plus; •     JD degree and member of the New York bar.
